Partnership Agreement with Jordan Kuwait Bank
The Jordan Kuwait Bank, represented by CEO Haitham Al-Batikhi, signed a strategic partnership agreement with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF), represented by its Director General, Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish. According to the agreement, the bank will donate 50,000 Jordanian Dinars (JOD) to the endoscopy department in the new King Abdullah II building in Aqaba, with the waiting area to be named after the bank.
Additionally, the bank renewed its scholarship fund with 50,000 JOD for the third consecutive year. Established in 2022, this fund supports the educational expenses of high school graduates undergoing treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC), enabling them to pursue university education or vocational training.
Mr. Al-Batikhi emphasized the bank's commitment to maintaining collaboration with KHCC, recognizing it as a leading national medical center. He highlighted that supporting the scholarship fund aligns with the bank's mission to promote sustainable development in health and education sectors across Jordan.
Mrs. Qatamish expressed her gratitude for the bank's continued support, noting that this partnership will enhance comprehensive care for cancer patients, including psychological and educational support.
