If you choose to pay for your treatment in cash, we prefer that you make a deposit in advance using one of the following ways:
Cash Payment
Credit Cards or Checks
Wire Transfer
When paying with a bank transfer, make sure that you get (and keep) your receipt, as the system only issues it once. It is important to add the name of the person who paid the receipts for the purposes of rebates (if any).
