The King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC)
Bearing the name of His Majesty the late King Hussein of Jordan, who bravely faced cancer with dignity and courage, the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) was established in 2001 to provide the most advanced cancer care to both pediatric and adult patients from Jordan, the region and across the world.
For more than 21 remarkable years, KHCC has proven itself as a pioneer, standing out through obtaining international accreditation which ranked it as the top cancer center among developing countries, and the 6th top ranked center internationally for treating cancer.
Since its establishment, KHCC provided cancer care for more than 65,000 cancer patients. Right now, there are more than 25,000 patients currently under treatment, 31% of whom are from Palestine, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, and other Arab countries.
