KHCF Signs Agreement with Arab Fertilizers & Chemicals Industries – KEMAPCO

Amman, February 2025 – The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) signed a cooperation agreement with Arab Fertilizers & Chemicals Industries (KEMAPCO), in the presence of HRH Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and Center (KHCC), and H.E Eng. Shehadah Abu Hdaib, Chairman of KEMAPCO.

The agreement, signed by KHCF’s Director General, Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, and Eng. Bassam Al Zoumot, General Manager of KEMAPCO, will support infrastructure development at the King Abdullah II Building in Aqaba. Through KHCF’s Naming & Recognition Program, the main waiting area of the outpatient clinics will have KEMAPCO’s name, in honor of their generosity.

Mrs. Qatamish expressed her appreciation for the company’s contribution, stating: “We highly value this support, which comes at a crucial time as we expand the King Hussein Cancer Center’s services to Aqaba. This new facility will significantly enhance the level of healthcare available in southern Jordan.”

Eng. Bassam Al Zoumot emphasized that this contribution reflects KEMAPCO’s commitment to corporate social responsibility, particularly the healthcare sector in Aqaba and Jordan’s southern governorates.
