CFI Jordan Supports the King Hussein Cancer Center Building in Aqaba
Amman, June 2023 - The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) signed an agreement with CFI Jordan whereby CFI will name the chemotherapy unit at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) named the King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein Building.
Patients are expected to be welcomed at the new Center by the end of 2024. This cooperation comes in response to the urgent need to provide the most advanced medical care for cancer patients in the southern part of the Kingdom and reduce the burden of travel to Amman.
Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, Director General of KHCF, stated, "We are proud of this partnership and the role it plays in supporting our efforts for strategic expansion in Aqaba. We aim to establish this center in line with the highest standards, which KHCC has always been known for."
Mr. Louay Azar, General Manager of CFI Jordan also noted, "It is an honor for us to contribute to this noble effort, and we look forward to seeing the Center provide the best health services and care for cancer patients in the region."
This step comes within the framework of both CFI’s and the Foundation’s commitment to social responsibility. It demonstrates their shared commitment to improving patient care and delivering high-quality health care throughout the Kingdom.
