Arab Jordan Investment Bank (AJIB) Supports The Naming and Recognition Program
Amman, September 5, 2021 – Arab Jordan Investment Bank (AJIB) generously made a donation to support KHCF’s Naming & Recognition Program by naming the chemotherapy unit at KHCC’s Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Building in the name of Arab Jordan Investment Bank/Abdul Qadir Al-Qadi Charity Fund. The donation will be an ongoing “Sadaqa” covering infrastructure and equipment at the center.
Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, Director General of KHCF thanked AJIB for their generous donation, stating: “We appreciate the bank’s support and solidarity. Every foundation across all sectors has a responsibility to fight cancer. Our cause is that of the whole society, and it requires collaboration to make positive change for every cancer patient.”
Mr. Hani Al-Qadi, AJIB’s Chairman of the Board, stated: “This donation stems from our social responsibility, and our belief in KHCF’s noble cause, and in the importance of spreading awareness about cancer. We will continue to support the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and Center (KHCC)’s efforts towards providing holistic medical care for patients.”
The Naming and Recognition program provides individuals or corporations with the opportunity to name a room, area, section, or floor in the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) in the name of the donor, or their corporation or company, or in the name of someone dear to them, for a donation amount decided based on area. Donations through this program help support treatment for the center’s patients.
