KHCF Recognizes Supporters of ‘Room for Hope’ and ‘Restaurant Care’ Programs

The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) held an event to recognize the supporters of the Room for Hope and Restaurant Care Programs.

Director General Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish expressed her appreciation to all the supporters, presenting them with plaques to honor their continued support of the Foundation’s life-saving mission.

Mrs. Qatamish further emphasized the importance of enhancing social responsibility towards cancer patients and the need for comprehensive care and improved medical services. She highlighted that supporting KHCF programs, which cover all treatment costs, is crucial to achieving these goals.

The Room for Hope program allows hotels to support cancer patients by adding JOD 1 to their customers' bills. Similarly, restaurants add one, half, or a quarter of a JOD to their customers' bills as a donation. These programs underscore the community's role in supporting KHCF's vision, demonstrating that everyone can make a positive impact on the lives of cancer patients and provide them with a real chance for treatment.
